West Queens Greens

Astoria, Sunnyside, and Woodside

The West Queens Greens are a local chapter of the Green Party serving the neighborhoods of Astoria, Sunnyside, and Woodside in western Queens, New York City. We are committed to bringing Green values to our diverse, vibrant communities.

The Four Pillars

The West Queens Greens are guided by the Four Pillars of the Green Party: Democracy, Justice, Ecology, and Peace. These principles shape our approach to local issues, from land use and transportation to public safety and community development.

Working Together

The West Queens Greens work closely with other local Green Party chapters in the New York City area, including the Central Queens Greens and the Prospect Heights Greens. By collaborating across neighborhoods and boroughs, we strengthen the Green movement throughout the city and state.
